FULLERTON, Calif. – The SDCC men's basketball team was eliminated in the first round of the GSAC Tournament against The Master's on Wednesday.
Dillon Voyles scored 16 points and Jermaine Camacho-Small added 12 in an 89-59 loss to the Mustangs.
The Hawks were able to grab an early lead four minutes into the contest. They stormed out to a 7-2 run thanks to four points from Voyles and a triple from K'Lon Williams. Voyles added another layup with 14:28 remaining in the half, which ended up being the last lead the Hawks would have in the game. TMU led at the halftime break 38-29.
SDCC went 22-of-56 from the floor and only 4-of-15 from beyond the arc. The Hawks end their season with an overall record of 5-23.
